1. Hey guys, I know I haven’t been posting much, but it’s because I’ve gotten so hardcore into my own personal fitness journey

    also. I’m in love.

    ANYWAY: I’ve decided to create a real and legitimate fitness blog on wordpress to sort of try and get a name for myself. But, I’m stumped for a name. Everyone should submit a name suggestion for me and the one I pick will get a promo on both this tumblr and my personal one!

  6. I’m going to begin saving money - when I get a new job - to get a personal trainer certification.

  7. My best friend and I went to the rec today and she was like, “You should be a personal trainer…I’ve never felt like I was working my abs this hard before”

    She also said that I should eventually (don’t worry, I won’t be going anywhere) take off from this blog and do a real fitness blog in hopes of potentially making money off of it. Like maybe I’ll get discovered by SHAPE or some fitness magazine and I could be one of their online contributors. How cool would that be??

    Think I could do it?

50 jumping jacks
5 pushups
20 sit ups
20 mountain climbers
30 second plank
7 burpees
Works your whole body before your brain knows what it’s doing!

  10. Breakfast today:

    scrambled egg with cayenne pepper; yogurt parfait with vanilla greek yogurt, kashi go lean crunch, and bananas; a bowl of cherries 

    And, as always my morning supplements of branch chain amino acids, fat burner, multivitamin, flaxseed oil pill
