1. I’m going to tell you anyway

    1. Two of my best friends work in the leasing office for the apartment complex I live in. Lance, the property manager, and Hailey, a leasing agent, work not only for my complex but all of the properties of Brookside (there’s like four). One of them was being built and scheduled to be done and ready for people to move in to in the Fall and it was 100% leased. Well, it caught on fire on Sunday at five in the morning and so these two wonderful friends of mine have had to deal with that.
    2. I am so sunburnt that showering with hot water hurts.
    3. My truck broke down on Sunday at the mall for about fifteen minutes and then miraculously came back to life.
    4. My boyfriend didn’t speak to me at all on Sunday for no reason and refused to meet my parents when they were in town Friday and Saturday even though we’ve been together nine months.
    5. Then last night he and I got into a huge fight and almost broke up and his only excuse for saying some of the most horrible things anyone has ever said to me is “I was really drunk. Sorry.”
    6. My truck broke down on the way to work today and I had to sit on the side of the road in hundred degree weather waiting for a tow truck for an hour and a half to take me to the auto shop where my truck always goes to get fixed. And it turns out it needs a new alternator.
    7. They cannot fix my truck until tomorrow. I have class tomorrow. I have no ride to class tomorrow.

    Fuck my life, guys.

    I’ve had trouble getting all my meals photographed in a single day, so I’ve had to spread it out. There will be at least one breakfast, one lunch, one dinner, and one snack. I promise.

  5. I don’t know if you guys noticed

    I did a bit of an overhaul on the blog. And by overhaul I mean I added links at the top. There’s now an about section, a links section, an FAQ, and my grocery list.
